Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Support the Creative Project Manager in creating and managing a wide variety of email marketing campaigns

  • Update email calendars and Asana tasks with upcoming campaigns

  • Support the Creative Project Manager in ensuring designs and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly

  • Compile + monitor email lists - create highly-targeted segments + lists in Klaviyo

  • Build + launch email campaigns + automated flows in Klaviyo

  • Build SMS messages + SMS Flows in Attentive + Klaviyo

  • Create highly-targeted segments in SMS platforms

  • Prepare copy docs + image folders for email campaigns

  • Translate client needs into Asana tasks that get passed to Creative Project Manager

  • Build ads in Facebook Ads Manager

Support Creative Project Manager in the following tasks:

  • Develop ideas for advertising or promotional campaigns

  • Curate imagery for creative campaigns (both ads and emails)

  • Work closely with multidisciplinary project teams + creative team

  • Support the creative team (designers + copywriters) in the production of all marketing collateral

  • Ensure that all projects get delivered on time, and that visual communication and brand standards are met

  • Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met

  • Review creative work, troubleshoot, and provide feedback

  • Taking responsibility for the creative philosophy and the standard of output across the agency or department
