RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and design custom assets that powerfully relay messages, are visually appealing and carry out our client’s brand strategy to encourage product purchases.
Work closely and collaboratively with CTZN team through concept to delivery.
Demonstrate mastery of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Manage multiple design projects and toggle back and forth when necessary.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Maintain brand consistency while exploring new creative directions for a client.
Collaborating with our performance marketing team and improve campaign strategies.
Communicate with the team to ensure established goals + KPI’s for each client are translated through each element of your work.
Be able to develop new approaches to complex design problems and to present designs with absolute clarity in D2C intention and functionality.
Stay up to date with campaign performance and be able to adapt and regroup in any given performance situation.
Keep your finger on the pulse of trends and continuously think of new ad concepts and strategies to test based to maximize conversions.
Produce engaging + highly converting content.
REQUIREMENTS
A strong affinity and deep passion for aesthetic storytelling.
Minimum 4+ years designing for results-oriented customer acquisition campaigns across various media channels, specifically email design and social media ad design.
Expert ability to design for conversion with both email and ads.
High proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience and ability to animate.
Experience and ability to edit video for ad purposes.
Experience and confidence with brand development

Brand guide development
Familiar with Creative Briefing; working cross-functionally with, and delegating to other team members.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and internal team.
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills. Very methodical and efficient in nature.
Strong understanding of the D2C ecommerce customer journey.
Self starter with the drive to bring initiative to a lean startup team!
BFA in Graphic Design Preferred.
