Account Manager
This is a role for a highly strategic, experienced Senior Account Manager who is dynamic, ambitious, and detail-obsessed.
As our Senior Account Manager, you should have extensive experience in digital marketing and excitement around collaborating with our clients to create and execute irresistible email marketing and paid media campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide strategic and creative recommendations for best in class digital solutions (email, paid media, web) by providing clear strategies, creative direction and feedback to the client and internal team.
Develop meeting agendas, confidently run client meetings (over ZOOM video), and promptly deliver accurate meeting notes with clearly defined action items for client and agency team.
Work comfortably across multiple projects/brands with minimal senior oversight and full autonomy.
Responsible for tracking timelines and deliverables that are identified in the post-sale handoff, while ensuring they meet client expectations and company standards.
Build strong, trusting, long-term client relationships by maintaining frequent contact, listening and taking action.
Develop digital marketing strategies (strong emphasis on email and paid channels) for the clients that you manage that are catered to their needs and audience.
Inspire and lead internal team members to execute on strategies and deliverables. Empower the implementation team by serving as a source of clarity and solutions.
Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner. Must feel comfortable having difficult conversations with clients and internal team members.
Partner with the business development team to seek out and develop new business opportunities with existing clients and with prospective clients.
Work directly with senior management to hire, grow and expand our client services team.
Develop Scopes of Work, Creative Briefs, & Marketing Plans.
Help implement our unique methodology and processes to deliver exceptional results.
Develop monthly & quarterly reports and lead presentations for clients on activities and performance.
Assure the “CTZN-quality” is maintained throughout the process and help guide internal teams and clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, communications or related field
Minimum 4+ years of account management experience at a leading marketing agency is mandatory.
Must have experience in working with D2C e-commerce brands - specifically in the Fashion and Beauty industries.
Advanced knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, organic social and influencer marketing.
Refined communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, internal team.
Phenomenal verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Flexibility to quickly adapt to rapidly changing projects, last-minute changes.
