Paid Media Strategist, E-Comm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, optimize and analyze strategies for paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok and Pinterest to optimize target CPA and maximize ROAS.

  • Daily management and execution of Paid Social/Search/Display campaigns including creative production coordination, A/B testing, bid management, landing page testing, budget management, creative testing, etc.

  • Establish goals + KPI’s for each client and uphold performance to these standards at the appropriate phase of each client’s funnel.

  • Develop appropriate tracking of campaigns to accurately measure success.

  • Deliver weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for clients with in-depth analysis on performance, optimization strategies, creative ideas, and more.

  • Keep your finger on the pulse of trends and continuously think of new ad concepts and strategies to test based to maximize conversions.

  • Work collaboratively with Creative team to produce engaging + highly converting

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 4+ years managing results-oriented customer acquisition campaigns across various media channels, specifically Facebook.

  • Proven track record for managing and efficiently optimizing both small and large monthly budgets (case studies welcomed). 

  • Experience with web analytics such as Google Analytics, TapClicks and Shopify Analytics, etc.

  • Basic Excel functions, including SUM, AVERAGE, MIN, MAX, COUNT, VLOOKUP and IF.

  • Ability to use conditional formatting to automatically format cells.

  • Know how to quickly create a pivot table and interpret the data

  • Can filter through large amounts of data to check its relevance and accuracy

  • The ability to present and explain data using a basic chart

  • Deep understanding of A/B Testing Techniques and Tools (landing page tools).

  • Familiar with Creative Briefing; working cross-functionally with, and delegating to creative team members.

  • VERY strategic and analytical thinker (both qualitative and quantitative).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and internal team.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills. Very methodical and efficient in nature.

  • Must have a strong understanding of the D2C e-commerce customer journey.

  • Experience with site merchandising and enhancing the landing page experience to match content from ad campaigns.

  • Self starter with the drive to bring initiative to a lean startup team!

  • Experience in fashion or beauty is a major plus!
